- The delivered service metrics fall below our guaranteed thresholds.
- The gap between the delivered metrics and the guaranteed thresholds is greater than 5 points.
- You submit your refund request within 24 hours of service delivery.
Guaranteed Metrics
For example, our Pro plan guarantees the following minimum metrics:
- Domain Rating (DR): 60+
- URL Rating (UR): 70+
- Domain Authority (DA): 30+
- Page Authority (PA): 25+
- Trust Flow (TF): 30+
- Citation Flow (CF): 20+
If any of the delivered metrics fall below the guaranteed threshold, you qualify for a partial refund depending on the gap.
Refund Process
- Send your refund request to [email protected]
- Include your order details and specific metrics that did not meet the guaranteed thresholds
- All refund requests are processed within 72 hours of submission
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
- The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method
Important Notes
- The 24 hours refund window begins on the day of service delivery
- Refund requests submitted after the 24 hours period will not be considered
